FREE Fruit Juice Smoothie Recipes

Below are 3 fruit juice smoothies, you can add to your daily lifestyle and begin transforming towards a healthy living lifestyle today!


#1 Apples & Kale Juice

Ingredients:

2 apples 

2 kale leaves

3 tablespoons of agave or honey (optional)

3 cups of water


Instructions: 

1. wash, cut, peel, and remove apple skin and apple seeds

2. wash kale leaves and remove stem

3. add cut apple pieces and kale leaves, water, and agave to blender 

4. Strain juice using a strainer

5. drink and enjoy!



#2 Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:

1 seedless watermelon


Instructions:

1. wash, cut, and dice watermelon into pieces without green skin

2. add diced seedless watermelon to blender 

3. Blend

4. Drink and enjoy!

5. Store extra juice in a glass jar for the next day




#3 Mango Juice 

Ingredients:

2 Mango's

1 cup of water


Instructions:

1. wash, cut, and peel mango without seed and skin

2. add mango pieces and water to blender

3. blend

4. drink and enjoy!
